To put together your quote, we’ll need a few things from you:

• The advertising services you’re interested in
• Ad text including the job title, location, company name, and how to apply
• For SWA postings: your SWA login credentials and any required state-specific information

SWA (State Workforce Agency) postings are required as part of the PERM labor certification process. Requirements vary by state.

Most quotes are ready within 2–3 business days. For positions in smaller cities or rural areas, we may need a little extra time to research the best options — we’ll always let you know if that’s the case. Your quote will include a full cost breakdown and proofs of any newspaper ads for your review.

If an ad absolutely must run on a specific date, we recommend submitting your request at least one week in advance. This gives us enough time to quote, revise, and place the ad without any last-minute pressure. That said, we’ll always do our best to turn things around within the same week when we can.

Online proofs are available once the quote is approved. As soon as payment is received and the ad is posted, we’ll send you a day-one screenshot for review and you can request any needed edits at that time.

Most clients run their online ads for 7, 14, or 30 days depending on their needs. SWA posts always run for a minimum of 30 days to meet regulatory requirements.

PERM advertising costs depend on the length of your ad text and the city where the position is located. Once you share your ad text and the services you’d like, we’ll put together an accurate quote tailored to your case.

PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) is the U.S. Department of Labor’s process for certifying that hiring a foreign worker won’t negatively affect U.S. workers. Advertising is a required step.

We understand that budgets vary. If a quote comes in higher than expected, we’ll do our best to suggest alternative media options that still meet your requirements — just let us know and we’ll work with you.

Yes — once you approve a quote, we’ll send your invoice and payment link right away. We begin placement as soon as payment is received.

We accept ACH transfers and credit cards. Please note that credit card payments include a 2.75% processing fee.

Easy — just reply to the quote email with your approval, or log into your online account portal and approve it there. Either way, our team is notified right away.

You’ll automatically receive an email with a PDF invoice and payment link. Once payment is received, we’ll place your ads with the appropriate vendors for the agreed-upon run dates. If you have any timing restrictions — such as an upcoming PWD expiration — please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

PWD (Prevailing Wage Determination) is issued by the Department of Labor and has an expiration date. Ad placement must be timed correctly relative to this date.

Absolutely. Just email us the updated text or send a note through your account portal and we’ll revise the ad, update the quote, and send new proofs as quickly as possible.

We aren’t able to create SWA accounts on your behalf, but once you provide your SWA login credentials, our team will securely manage the posting and monitoring on your behalf.

Some state SWAs require that job postings be made available exclusively to U.S. veterans for a set period before opening to all applicants. We monitor your post daily and will capture the day-one screenshot as soon as it goes live to everyone.

Once we have confirmation from the vendors that your ads are live, we’ll send you an ad schedule by email along with day-one screenshots of your online ads for review.

We understand that things change — just reach out as soon as possible if a revision is needed. Depending on where the case stands, changes may involve additional costs or may not be possible if ads are already in print or live online. We’ll always be upfront with you about what’s feasible.

Once your PERM advertising cycle is complete, we’ll email you a full E-tear package as a single PDF. You can also download it anytime through your online account portal.

E-tears (electronic tearsheets) are digital proof that your ads ran as required — an important document for your PERM case file.
